Mrs. Harleen Kaur is the founding partner of the firm and a distinguished legal professional with over 25 years of experience. Since 1998, she has led with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to justice. Her legal practice is grounded in constitutional principles, a strong sense of social responsibility, and a client-focused approach. Her dedication and passion for the law have equipped her with a distinctive ability to interpret and apply legal principles effectively, leading to favourable outcomes for her clients.
She actively contributes to public welfare through her NGO, Samvedna Jagriti, and serves on key platforms including the District Legal Services Authority, Sakhi One Stop Centre, and the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative. She has also served on Internal Committees for the prevention of sexual harassment at institutions like NIT Jalandhar and IKG Punjab Technical University.
A mentor, leader, and changemaker—Mrs. Kaur’s guidance continues to shape the firm’s values and impact. She is presently driving Nex Legalis’s growth strategy and overseeing its multifaceted integration into global legal networks.
She runs a NGO Samvedna Jagreeti.
She is a member of sexual harassment committee for the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Jalandhar.
She is associated with District Legal Service Authority, District Courts, Jalandhar, since 2014 .

She was an active member of sexual harassment Committee ,NIT Jalandhar and IKG Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala.

With over 40 years of distinguished legal experience, including 15 years serving in the legal departments of major banks followed by independent practice, he brings unparalleled expertise to the firm. He has held prominent roles such as Law Officer at Punjab National Bank, Deputy Chief Officer (Law) at United Bank of India, and Senior Manager (Law) at Dena Bank. Currently, he practices civil litigation at the District Courts of Chandigarh, focusing on banking, consumer disputes, labour, and service-related cases.

Operating from offices in Chandigarh and Panchkula (Haryana), he is the firm’s principal taxation expert and advisor.
